THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GRE

The project the other side I the other side is a performative exploration of the boundaries between the visible and the invisible, between what we perceive and what we think we perceive. The specific spatial arrangement divides the stage and the audience into two parts, which are physically close but remain hidden from each other. We see only what the space allows us to see – and our imagination fills in the rest.
The project is inspired by the phenomena of selective perception and FOMO (fear of missing out) and explores how reality bends under the influence of space, attention, and expectations. Movement and composition work with illusion, construct, and mystery—with what the audience knows, feels, or only suspects.
The result is an immersive and experimental experience in which reality blends with fiction. The project is the artist's first foray into free experimentation. At this stage, she opens up space for various possibilities, allowing ideas to come and go without the need to seek immediate solutions or explanations. She places herself in a position of curiosity and the unknown, in a space of potential, partial meanings - as if something were slowly being revealed, but it is not yet entirely clear what it is.
